Refund Policy
We always give first priority to our donors because this institution is yours. Shree Matrudhara Shikshan Cheritable Trust follows a reliable refund policy to our donors. We almost care about treatment of donation as per the mandate signed by our donors in the donor feed sheet online. In spite if any unlikely event of an erroneous deduction or if donors wants to cancel or deduct the donation. The Shree Matrudhara Shikshan Cheritable Trust will respond within 5 to 7 working days from the date of receiving the grievance from donors. We would like to say that; we have the all proof of application for refund within two days of donation. If donor will not provide their donation related documents within two days after acceptance of grievance then we are not responsible to return the donation amount. If the donation receipt already has been issued, then donor need to be returned the original receipt at our official address. If any certificate related to tax issued then refund will not be possible.
